John served as president of Saint Francis Hospital from 2015 to 2020, the first physician to serve as president since its founding in 1897. He previously served as Saint Francis’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Physician Executive, and as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Steve was a founder of the Connecticut Joint Replacement Institute, where he served as Medical Director from 2007 to 2021. He was Physician Executive for the Orthopedic Service Line at Trinity Health Of New England and Chair of the Department of Orthopedics at Saint Francis Hospital from 2017 to 2023.

Lisa is the President and CEO of the Southern New England Healthcare Organization (SoNE HEALTH), a clinically integrated network which provides population health management support to its network providers. She previously served in senior leadership roles at Cambridge Health Alliance and its Physician Organization.

Kim is the Founder & CEO of Metis Health Technologies, which helps clinicians and healthcare organizations navigate complex payment systems. She previously served in leadership roles at Stellar Health, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Aledade.

Donovan is the CEO of Health Compass Consulting, which helps employers reclaim lost profits in healthcare spending. He is also the 2025 Validation Institute Benefits Advisor of the Year and author of Fixing Healthcare: How Executives Can Save Their People, Their Business, and the Economy.
