PRESS RELEASE: Kim Lynch Joins Moving to Value Alliance Board of Directors

December 12, 2025 [Farmington, CT] — Moving to Value Alliance (MTVA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing a value-based health care ecosystem with high-quality outcomes at reasonable costs for plan sponsors and members, has welcomed Kim Lynch to its Board of Directors.

Kim brings deep expertise in revenue cycle optimization, value-based payment design, and practice transformation – helping healthcare organizations build sustainable financial models as the industry shifts from volume to value.. As Founder & CEO of Metis Health Technologies, she helps clinicians and healthcare organizations navigate complex payment systems, optimize financial performance and accelerate the alignment of clinical outcomes and resources.

“Kim’s experience at the intersection of technology, operations and value-based care makes her an exceptional addition to our board,” said John Rodis, Board President of MTVA. “Her insights will help MTVA continue to support providers, payers and employers in advancing high-quality, cost-conscious care for all patients.”

Through Metis, Kim works with digital health companies, accountable care organizations, and independent practices and clinics to identify revenue opportunities, optimize reimbursement strategies, and build financial resilience in evolving payment models.Before launching Metis, Kim served in leadership roles at Stellar Health, the US Department of Health and Human Services and Aledade, where, as a founding employee then Senior Vice President for Operational Excellence at Aledade, she worked closely with thousands of primary care practices to strengthen clinical and financial performance in accountable care models.
